POLI-FLEX® TURBO® is our newst polyurethane HTV equipped with a special hotmelt adhesive for fast application at a lower temperature.
Take the headache out of the application process, it takes just 5 seconds @ 130°C for optimal adhesion, boosting efficiency & saving energy.
The soft, elastic transfer film offers a comfortable textile touch and convinces due to high wearing comfort. POLI-FLEX® TURBO® excels due to an excellent opacity. POLI-FLEX® with a self-adhesive PET liner enables a reposition. The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals (in accordance with OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class I).

POLI-FLEX® TURBO® can be used for lettering on T-shirts, sports & leisure wear, sport bags and promotional articles, can be cut with all current plotters.
We recommend using a standard 45° blade. The polyester liner should be removed warm, except for the NEON-colours the liner should be removed lukewarm.
*We recommend to test for suitability on Nylon and temperature sensitive fabrics.

Poli-Flex Turbo range can be pressed in 2 ways:
130° for 5 seconds - Medium pressure - Peel hot or warm
160° for 3 seconds - Medium pressure - Peel hot or warm
